Responsibilities include:

* Lead Generation, Service Prospect Nurturing
* Greet Customers, Direct to Proper Department
* Answer Service Department Calls
* Mobile Service Inspection, Quoting
* Sales of Service Memberships, Parts, etc.
* Account Management
* Live Chat Service Support through Company Website
* Retail Upsells
* Retail Store Assistance When Needed

REQUIRED SKILLS
* Intermediate Experience with Microsoft Office
* Experience with CRM’s
* 1 to 3 Years of Experience with RV sales and service
* Experience with Commission Based Service Membership Sales
* Experience with Metrics Based Programs
* Experience with Evaluating Service Needs, Recommending Appropriate Services
* Experience Working with Multiple Departments
* Excellent Customer Service Skills and Phone Skills
* Experience Working with Phone Scripts

JOB CONSIDERATION REQUIREMENTS
* Must be able to deal with all types of customers professionally
* Must live within 40 minutes of Ossipee, NH
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must have flexibility of scheduling
* Must be willing to work beyond 40 hours if necessary
* Must be willing to work weekends
* Must have internet at home, and a personal computer
* Must be willing to perform in accordance to company protocol
* Must have a smart phone with internet capability to access company CRM while mobile
